Because every Mt. Charleston piece is made just for you, we follow a clear and fair return policy.
1. Made-to-Order Policy
All products are created upon ordering, meaning:

We do NOT stock items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse

Please double-check sizing charts and product images before completing your purchase
2. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you!
Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
-
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

A short description of the issue
We will replace the item at no cost to you.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, supplies are procured immediately. Because of this:

Cancellations are NOT possible

Changes to size, design, or color cannot be made after purchase
4. Return Shipping
If an item qualifies for replacement due to damage or a printing error, we will cover the cost.
Otherwise, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees.
