Hi, I’m Cindy van der Velde, a Las Vegas-based artist, photographer, and creator behind everything you see here. My journey started right in the heart of the Spring Mountains – I used to work at the Mt. Charleston Visitor Center store, where I was constantly inspired by the stunning landscapes, wildlife, and the people who came to explore the area.
As a photographer and creative spirit, I wanted to turn my passion into something tangible – something people could take home to remember their adventures. That’s how my first collection was born.
Today, you can even find some of my pieces in the Red Rock Canyon store!
At Mt. Charleston Apparel & Gifts, every product is thoughtfully designed and created by me, blending my love for nature, travel, humor, and the outdoors.
