All items are made individually upon ordering, which means each Mt. Charleston or Lee Canyon piece may have small, natural variations.

Because our products are made to order, we do not stock items.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
We accept standard online payment methods shown at checkout.
Once an order is placed, supplies are procured specifically for your item(s). Because of this, changes or cancellations are not possible after purchase.
Processing Time: 1–5 business days (longer during peak seasons).
Shipping: Customers may select their preferred shipping method at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to holidays, weather, carrier issues, or seasonal traffic — especially common around Mt. Charleston during winter.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers, but we will always do our best to help guide you through claims when possible.
Since we create items on demand, returns and exchanges are limited.

We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective.
We do not accept returns for ordering the wrong size, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.
Requests for replacement due to damage must include photos within 7 days of delivery.
Because items are printed or embroidered especially for you, we cannot restock them.
